Removal of Disperse Yellow-42 Dye by Catalytic Ozonation Using Iron and Manganese-Loaded Zeolites

In this research, the efficiency of catalytic activity iron and manganese-loaded (bimetallic) sodium zeolite was investigated for ozonation-based removal disperse yellow 42 dye. The impregnation method used to deposit Fe Mn on surface zeolite. morphological analysis before after deposition conducted by SEM, EDX, FTIR. It found that several variables, including ozone dose, contact time, pH, catalyst hydroxyl radical scavenger action, greatly influenced dye removal. chemical oxygen demand (COD) ozonation using Mn-loaded from real textile wastewater also investigated. After 30 min treatment with at pH 6, maximum 73% achieved a dose 0.5 g an supply 1.8 mg/min. effect (HRSE), decline in 61% demonstrated highly dependent production. COD 59% process, which increased 79% ozonation.
